FINANCIAL ANALYST-DRIVES & CONTROLS (TEMPORARY)

We seek for " Temporary Financial Analyst" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Discrete Automation & Motion, Drives & Controls, Dudullu location with below qualifications;

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering etc.,
• Minimum 3  years’ experience in financial and control department (knowledge on financial accounting and reporting),
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, ERP especially in SAP and web based tools,
• US GAAP knowledge &  experience is required,
• Sarbanes Oxley Act knowledge is an asset,
• Having systematically and analytical thinking,
• Result oriented and self-motivated,
• Having good communication skills,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

• Assists Local Business Unit  Controller in all financial aspects of Business Unit complying with ABB Rules & Regulations,
• Prepares  all relevant organization financial reporting (B/S, P&L, CF Statement) , budgeting and forecasting together with Local Business Unit Controller and Accounting Centre
• Performs analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast,
• Prepares logistics reports (order received, order backlog, Inventory reports, etc.) for each Product Group ,
• Reviews all accounts for cost accounting process in SAP, including following up internal debits/credits notes, working hours, project reports, production orders,
• Active participation of collection process of Business Unit’s receivables in a strong cooperation with Credit Control Department and Project Management office,
• Participates and follow up all NWC optimization  projects to contribute optimum OCF & NWC for Business Unit,
• Ensures correctness of the cost structure and cost calculation model for tenders & orders received,
• Works as a bridge between operational team and support functions like Accounting Centre (A/R, A/P, etc.),
• Ensures that SOX controls are  in place and processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements in a timely and accurately manner,
• Manages the currency risk of each project by using defined tools by Group, mainly by hedging in cooperation with Treasury Dept.,
• Follows up of each projects’ status and give inputs to Project Management Office to minimize any risk with a mitigation plan in terms of financial and commercial aspects,
• Promotes commercial awareness and gives commercial input to the project management regarding compliance with contractual and regulatory aspects,
• Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.
