Third Party Logistics Quality Assurance Associate

• University  degree preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance and warehouse operations at pharma industry
• Good level of knowledge and experience of Good Warehouse Practices (cGWP) & Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) & Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Have an experience in Product Market Release, Batch Documentation Reviews, QA documentation practices, SOP writing
• Fair knowledge of development and implementation of customer complaints, return goods, change control systems, exceptions and CAPA, 2D system applications
• Knowledge of supplier evaluation, supplier and internal auditing and artwork development and control is an asset
• Excellent command of English, verbal and written
• Strong analytical mind, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Deliver results and good in follow up
• A good team player with strong communication capabilities

• Implementing quality assurance processes in 3PL (Third Party Logistics) warehouse.
• Controlling and approval of incoming products to warehouse, reviewing batch documentation
• Controlling and deciding on return goods
• Complaint management and documentation
• Taking related actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformances relating to product, process and quality systems.
• Managing related documentation systems in the warehouse, updating related procedures
• Maintaining systems to ensure compliance to company policies, cGDP, cGWP and local regulations
