Warehouse Administrator

•  University degree preferably Engineering degree,
•  Familiar with  capex equipments, electrical & mechanical spare parts, chemicals, etc
•  Strong Blue and White Collar team management,
•  Pro-Active approach working style,
•  Team Player and self-motivated,
•  Analytical thinking and good conceptual thinking skills,
•  Good problem solving skills,
•  Effective communication, presentation and coordination skills,
•  Very good computer, windows and MS Office software skills,
•  Experience on ERP systems. SAP ERP system knowledge is a plus,
•  Very good command of English both written and spoken,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Willing to reside in Hanönü,Taşköprü or Kastamonu.

İŞ TANIMI

• Supervises all warehouse operations, personnel tasks, stock level determination together with related departments.etc,
• Implements Warehouse projects such as 5S, 6 Sigma Projects and coordinates team members aligned with those projects,
• Implementation of SAP ERP Process together with related departments and with High Level support of Supply Chain Manager,
• Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse structured and efficient
• Ensures that all logistics movements meet with the compliance regulations and published procedures,
• Communication directly to the blue and white collars about daily operations, failures, and inventory checks,
• Performs and Manages Periodical Inventory counting process,
• Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe workplace,
• Complete and distribute reports and statistics to the management team on regular and as needed basis,
• Solving discrepancies occurred while receiving process together with Purchasing Unit,
• Performing annual cost saving (Inventory Optimization Projects) S.M.A.R.T projects assigned by Supply Chain Manager,
• Performing inventory processes aligned with target KPI’s assigned by Supply Chain Manager,
• Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
