A prestigious role has arisen at our growing organization to strengthen the Budget Planning & Finance team to support the design and delivery of business specific solutions for the related fields within the Company.

·         3 years of experience in budgeting, reporting, financial controlling or other related departments in insurance, banking or a finance sector,
·         Knowledge of IFRS accounting and reporting standards is an asset,
·         University degree preferably in BA, Economics, Finance, Actuary or related areas
·         Excellent command of written and spoken English,
·         Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially on Excel),
·         Strong problem solving skills focusing on not only solving the problem but also finding root causes that will prevent the same problems occurring again
·         Comprehensive know-how on data analytics and advanced reporting skills
·         Being a team member with high sense of responsibility,
·         No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

·         Reports to Budget, Planning and Finance manager and directly to CFO for some areas.
·         Active role in management meetings and conference calls with partners
·         Carry out sensitivity analyses and analytical review of financial statements,
·         Review of financial results according to local gaap and IFRS principles,
·         Carry out special business projects.
·         Benchmark the leading / best practices, identify local trends and incorporate lessons learned (from previous / experienced work-done) into the projects that s/he participated and/or lead,
·         This special position offers candidates to get experienced in other fields within a multi-dimensional working style such as;

• Budget, long-term forecasts and financial models,
• Financial controlling function,
• Actuarial case-control studies,
• Fund management,
• Solvency management, ICAAP Processes
