Our client which is isothermal solutions and temperature control packing company is looking for a ‘Technical Operations Officer' in İstanbul.

• Master Degree in Science (MSc) in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering
• Min. five years experiences
• Have analytic thinking and decided
• Proven Knowledge in MS Office (Especially Excel and Power Point)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experienced communication with agencies
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Have driving license (B Class).
• Preferably residence in İstanbul Anatolia Side (Sancaktepe, Üsküdar).

İŞ TANIMI

• Proven Record of prior engagement (preferably) in Production Planning,  Production Quality Systems, Production Maintenance Protocols, Basic Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems (CNC machines, relays, photocells, pulse generators, servo and step motor drives)
• Ability to organize and communicate clearly and persuasively with appointed team(s)
• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
• Ensure that the production is cost effective
• Decide what resources are required
• Draft a timescale for the job
• Estimate costs and conform to established quality standards
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Evaluate In-Process Control checks
• Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
• Work with other Managers to implement the company's policies and goals
• Ensure that Health and Safety Guidelines are followed
• Supervise and motivate a team(s) of workers
• Review worker performance
• Identify training needs
