• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical, Automation and Control, Mechanical, Electronics and related)
• Advanced level of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Railways Signalling
• At least 3 years of experience as engineer in a test and installation environment, instrumentation or field activities in the railroad industry
• Competencies of Electronics, Mechanics, Electrics
• Knowledge of Diesel Engine type Locomotives is strong plus
• Proactive in order to promptly solve technical issues and anticipate all technical difficulties
• Rigorous to perform T&C supervision activities
• Good relationship and reporting skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Pro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers
• Deliver, Installation and T&C procedures, Method Statements and coordinate In-house trainings
• Prepare and manage ONB Installation and Test & Commissioning works on field
• Provide technical direction for assigned projects, execute and lead complex tests following procedures and standards
• Provide leadership during installation and tests, driving all resources (Alstom, contractors, customers, etc) to execute properly all the activities during execution
• Support management to establish and maintain relationships with required external and internal interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achieved
• Ensure EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination
• Monitor/manage QCD performance (including EHS and RSA - Railway Safety), report and anticipate issues
• Adhere to T&C and Installation process, constantly improve it and align it with the regional and global organization
• Effectively communicate technical deviations, improvements needed and general activities vertically and horizontally in the organization
• Implement initiatives to continuously improve the responsiveness of the section / organization to customer / business needs / godd practices
