We are looking for Hydraulic and Flight Control System Experts to relocate our national level aviation projects

• BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Electric & Electronics, Mechatronics,Aerospace engineering from a reputable university
• Military Certification and applicable standards for hydraulic and flight control systems.
• Military jet trainer aircraft hydraulic system and flight control system design.
• Dynamic responses, damping characteristics, rate limits of the actuators, mathematical modelling of actuators.
• Sizing of the actuators (load sized/damping sized)
• Mechanical concepts regarding leading edge flaps and cockpit controls
• Interpretation of system redundancies for safety considerations.
• Sizing of the main and emergency hydraulic system.
• Thermal management of the actuators and hydraulic system.
• Mathematical modeling of hydraulic and flight control systems in Matlab
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English
• ?No restriction to travel and work abroad

İŞ TANIMI

The scope of work is:

• Review and comment on the system design alternatives and studies performed to meet critical functional and performance requirements.
• Support system level safety analysis and studies to meet safety and certification requirements.
• Support on failure modes consideration of the actuators.
• Support on thermal design and analysis of the hydraulic system.
• Review and comment on generation of supplier technical specification for system and equipment level for hydraulic and flight control systems.
• Review and comment on generation of mathematical model in Matlab
