• Willingness to live in İliç / Erzincan (residential in İliç)
• University Degree in Mine Engineering, Mineral Process Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Outlook),
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Valid driving license
• No military service for male candidates
• Competencies like problem solving, safety priority, team work, team improvement
• No health restrictions,
• DCS knowledge is a plus
• SAP knowledge is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

• Preferly 2 years experience in mining sector operations like tank leach, flotation, autoclave mill, solution handling etc.
• Understands the operation of all process unit operations and thickeners, detox units, filters, valves and other plant equipment within safe operating ranges
• Follow process variable of all site very closely and react any process upset conditions within safe operation procedures
• Understand process safety and potential process upset conditions that may cause serious safety concerns
• Diagnose and correct operating problems
• Follow correct protocol in emergency situation; handle emergency response from other operational locations
• Communicate effectively with field personnel on power outages and breakdowns, coordinate restarts and also to have make communicate in between site workers and supplier’s deliveries such as chemical shipment, outsite services
• Work effectively in a team environment to monitor, log, resolve, and escalate operation and safety issues
• Acknowledge plant alarms and take appropriate corrective action
• Maintain awareness of production KPIs and ensure these are met
• Complete log sheets and maintain a daily log of all events occurring in the assigned area
• Ensure all production reporting requirements are carried out
• Identify production issues, communicate, and prioritize to field personnel for remediation or repair
• Receive work direction from Shift Supervisor
• Direct, manage and supervise control room operators
• Work closely with site operations team
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, environmental and hygiene standards
• Maintain good housekeeping in all areas of responsibility
• Position requires ability to work with computer with high concentrate
• Initiate maintenance orders
