Anatolia Tile & Stone is a leading importer and distributor of Ceramic and Natural Stone Tiles and is a major supplier to some of the largest distributors throughout the United States and Canada.  Its head-office is located in Toronto, Canada.

Anatolia Doğaltaş Seramik A.S. is a subsidiary of Anatolia Canada, operating from its new state-of-the art 60,000 m2 Distribution Centre, located at Aliağa, Izmir, Turkey.  With this new facility, Anatolia will be able to support its North American Customers, and continue its growth to new markets in Europe, Asia, South America and Middle East.

We are looking for a “Export Operations Specialist” for our Distribution Centre “Anatolia Doğaltaş Seramik A.Ş.,” located in Aliağa/İZMİR.

·         University degree from a reputable university

·         Minimum 3 years of export operations experience (Canada, USA is a plus)

·         Good knowledge of English both spoken and written (must)

·         Good knowledge of MS Office applications

·         Experience of working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)

·         Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and organization skills

·         No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

·         Realization of all exit transactions related to responsible export, to prepare the documentation and to follow up the whole process,

·         To provide information flow with the companies providing services such as freight forwarders and customs agents, organize and follow up the transaction organization

·         Ensuring complete coordination between supply chain and order management departments

·         Preparation of daily / weekly reports to necessary departments,

·         Prepare and send documents of shipments.
