• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering, (Master or Ph.D. Degree is a plus)
• Experience in Electrical Motors and Electromagnetic Design,
• Strong knowledge of CAE tools such as SPEED as well as Flux and Ansys/Maxwell or other type of motor design and electromagnetic analysis software is a plus,
• Experience in designing electrical machines for operation utilizing sinusoidal supply or inverter,
• Experience in industrial system solutions,
• Experience in mechatronics system and having system design perspective,
• Experience with software for system evaluation such as MATLAB, Simulink, Maxwell Simplorer etc.,
• Good understanding of construction / manufacturing methods of electric machines,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik Group is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer  who will work for Tumble Dryer and Electric Motors Directorate.

• Being part of the Electrical Motors R&D department you have chance to get involved in specific projects and to improve yourself on power electronics field.
• Design and analysis electric machines for industrial use and home appliances products,
• Validation and verification of electric motors regarding the related standards (EN, IEC etc.) and regulations (VDA, UL, CE etc.),
• Development of test plans and delivering test reports,
• Seeks methods to improve electric machine performance in terms of material, cost, new design models etc.,
• Follows new technological trends and new products in the market,
• Develops of test plans and delivers test reports,
• Works with mechanical engineers finalize electric machine design,
• Works with production and planning team members for the prototyping and type & routine testing phases and also other various stages: prototype, pre-production and production,
• Works with sales and customer care team members to provide technical solutions to the customer needs.
