• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strong knowledge of office programs -Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
• Strong knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices,
• Thinking broadly about business
• Understanding needs of the market & customer
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility
• Building collaboration
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
• Having no restriction to travel.

Position is located in Sütlüce.

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş is looking for a Specialist - Visual Merchandiser who will work for Retail Development Directoriate. Main responsibilites will be;

• Leading the instore communication strategy, 
• Defining, design and implement creative visual merchandising applications,
• Creating attractive and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store,
• Focusing on customer journey though the store and develop new projects,
• Managing field merchandising teams for the execution of BTL packages. 
• Monitoring costs and work within budget.
