We are seeking for a 'Project Supervisor' to lead our project leader team of our company operating in the Automotive Industry.
·         University degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering,
·         Preferably experience in aluminum injection and machining.
·         Good command of verbal and written English, a second language German will be an asset,
·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry,
·         Excellent knowledge on FMEA, APQP and ISO/TS 16949,
·         Good level of knowledge/ experience in tooling and equipment is preferred,
·         Good presentation and capable of establishing good relations with customers,
·         Successful in team work, good communication skills, problem solving, analytical thinking, planning and coordination,
·         No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

·         Prepare master plans of new projects.
·         Organize and manage all project activities ( Technical issues, production trials, documentation….etc )
·         Following of project targets and reporting to internal and external customers.
·         Make standardization for continuous improvement of project management processes.
·         Improve KPI based management.
·         Customer Relations Management
