Assistant BIM Manager / Junior BIM Manager

·         Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from reputable universities
·         MSc in Structural Engineering would be an advantage
·         Minimum 3 years of experience in Structural Engineering
·         Minimum 2 years of experience on Building information modeling (BIM) environment
·         Experience on working in 2D & 3D Revit modeling.
·         Working knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, Autocad)
·         Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
·         Working experience in multinational and English speaking environment
·         Ability to liaise and communicate within integrated multidisciplinary teams
·         Understanding use of the Common Data Environment
·         Understanding Level 2 BIM requirements
·         Knowledge and experience on parametric design/programming language (e.g. Dynamo, Grasshopper, C#, Python etc.) would be an advantage.
·         Experience in data management, data exchange would be an advantage
·         Experience on clash detection would be an advantage
·         Effective communication and presentation skills
·         Strong planning and organization skills
·         Available to work flexible hours to catch the tight deadlines
·         Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to work in a team
·         No restriction for traveling(national & international), availability for short and long-term assignments worldwide
·         Completed military service for male applicants

İŞ TANIMI

The successful candidate will work as Assistant BIM/Junior BIM Manager under the supervision of senior leaders.

Mainly responsible for BIM tasks assisting the BIM manager for;
·         BIM adoption in the company
·         Preparation and managing of BIM environment for the projects
·         Interdisciplinary coordination with related software (e.g. Navisworks, Solibri)
·         Communication with other ARUP offices for progressing BIM capabilities
·         Preparation of BIM documentation
·         Supporting Arup Staffs on BIM related issues
·         Providing BIM training and workshops
·         Clash detection
·         Support project team for modeling and clash detection
·         Manage model and data validation and checks.
·         Follow the BIM related technologies and developments
