Energy Engineer / Electrical Electronics Engineer

Arup is one of the world top engineering and consultancy firms. We are seeking an Energy Engineer for our İstanbul Office to strengthen our Energy Team. 
·         Bachelor and/or Master degree in Electrical or Electrical Electronics Engineering from reputable universities,
·         Master degree in Energy field is preferable,
·         Excellent command of English both written and verbal,
·         At least 5-7 years of electrical design experience in solar and/or wind power plant projects in Turkey
·         Having experience in non-renewable energy projects is an advantage,
·         Professional experience in Tendering is a plus,
·         Working experience in multinational and English speaking environment,
·         Ability to interface and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams,
·         Effective communication and presentation skills,
·         Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
·         Ability to develop and maintain good relationship with the clients, willing to grow in an international environment,
·         Excellent knowledge of Turkish and International energy codes, regulations and processes,
·         Motivated, initiative, interested in technical topics,
·         Available to work flexible hours,
·         Proficient in MS Office and Autocad Applications,
·         No travel restrictions (national & international),
·         For male candidates military service must be completed.

İŞ TANIMI

The Energy group works with public and private clients in a variety of energy projects. The successful candidate will be able to work under the supervision of Energy Business Leader and will assist him.
·         To prepare electrical designs, drawings, calculations, and BoQs,
·         To prepare calculations and reports in concept, preliminary, and detail design stages in one of the energy discipline areas,
·         To identify and understand customer’s needs according to the technical specifications provided,
·         To carry out and assist the proposal preparation process,
·         To maintain technical interaction with all project team members and external consultants to deliver projects on time and to budget with quality output.
