Founded in 1995, ATARFIL is a multinational company, present in more than 60 countries, manufacturing plants in Spain (Granada), United Arab Emirates (Dubai), and USA (Virginia) specialized in the manufacturing, designing and installation of SAFE CONTAINMENT solutions with thermoplastic GEOMEMBRANES based on polyolefins (high density polyethylene, linear low density, very low density and Polypropylene (HDPE, LLDPE, VLDPE, PP) within the areas of environmental protection (waste disposal & capping, remediation), mining (mineral processing and waste storage), hydraulic works (storage, purification, canals, floating covers), ornamental, evaporation, irrigation for agriculture, aquaculture, storage in power plants, and many others civil works for general purposes: tunnels, slopes, corrosion control, secondary containment, subgrades barriers, etc.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Customer Service for national and international customers.
• Commercial and Logistics support.
• Preparation and monitoring sales offers, under the supervision of the Senior Sales Manager.
• Follow up orders between customer needs and our international teams through internal IT
softwares
• Order management
• Payment follow up in direct contact with internal risk control manager
• Coordination of quality non conformities reports between customer and quality division
• Exploration of new products and markets
• Competitors survey.
• Improve customer relationships transmitting the company values.
• Support tasks for the Senior Sales Manager.
Training
• Training in task to be performed.
• Training about the company history and profile, Geosynthetics and their applications.
• Training in computer and information systems.
• Training in Quality and Environmental policy of the Company.
• Training in Safety at Work.
Experience and Requirements
• High level English, both spoken and written. Highly valued other languages;
Russian is a must. Spanish is a plus.
• Highly valued experience in commercial action and / or customer service in the international
contexts.
• Flexibility and multitasking.
• Communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Teamwork.
• Commercial/Sales profile.
• Experience in construction and mining sectors would be valuable.
• Experience with international payment terms (L/C, bank guarantees).
• Work experience in multi-cultural teams.
• Experience in logistics and international sales documents.
