QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Avansas.com, Turkey's number 1 online office supply company, is serving to business customers in different scales via online channels and with a strong sales team.
 
Main focus of Avansas.com is making it easy and cost efficient for customers to buy a wide range of office products, including office supplies, technology, food and cleaning products used in offices.
 
We are looking for an HYBRIS BUSINESS ANALYST who will meet our following expectations and work full time in Avansas office, located in Istanbul Uskudar.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business, system analysis with related business discipline experience. MBA or other advanced degree in business or social sciences is a plus.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a related field, ideally technology implementation in ecommerce environments
  • At least 1 years experience in Hybris
  • Online product management, e-commerce, or front end & backend retail systems integration experience
  • Knowledge of the retail and/or ecommerce space, industry trends, and technologies
  • Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
  • Fluent in English, quick learner and team player
  • Male candidates should have no military obligations or postponed for at least three years
 
 


İŞ TANIMI

  • Analyze system and process according to software and process development requirements of business partners,
  • Prepares project plans and coordinates software development and testing processes,
  • Give trainings to users about the product and prepares detailed deployment plans,
  • Manage Business New Requirement and Change Requests.
  • Supports business partners for software applications.
  • Develop customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • With support from the QA Analyst, guide and work with test teams, coordinate user testing, issue resolution and retesting
