QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· University graduate degree required, preferably in Business Administration/Engineering
· Minimum 7 years of experience in preferably in insurance/banking/finance or audit sector
· Experienced in Business Continuity, Physical Security, IT risk areas and familiar with risk management/compliance/internal control and/or audit issues
· Familiar with ISO 22301 and BCI Standards, preferably having professional certificates like BCCS, BCCE, or ISO 22301, ISO 27001
· Preferably having project and process management
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Strong personality, ability to lead crisis situations, to work with senior and top management level
· Planned and organized, driven by self-responsibility and self-motivation, result oriented
· Advanced oral and written command of English
· Analytical minded
· Good command of MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Military service must be completed for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
Reporting to the Risk Management & Compliance Unit Manager, the ideal candidate is expected to provide assistance to:
· Implement Business Continuity Management System across organization aligning with Group Business Continuity policies and ISO 22301 requirements
· Implement and improve BCP framework, guidelines and policies for complete range of processes
· Conduct BIAs, coordinate business responsibles to update recovery plans, organize necessary tests and drills, follow up issues identified during tests
· Coordinate training and awareness activities to create and maintain Business Continuity awareness within the organization
· Prepare reports to Aviva Group regarding with Aviva Group BCM Framework
· Implement Business Continuity Management processes and procedures in the event of a crisis
· Act as first point of contact to assess the incident and crisis identification
· Consider whether it is necessary to discuss invocation of the Crisis Management Team
· Improve Company’s physical security risk framework together with Administrations and Building Security
· Establish processes such as physical security assessment of regional offices and event security risk assessment.
