IT REPORTING AND MONITORING CONSULTANT

We are seeking for an IT Reporting and Monitoring Consultant who will be a part of our Information Technologies team.
 

• BS. or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics or Industrial Engineering,
• 5+ years experience in IT Department,
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in IT Governance,
• Preferably has an ITIL certification,
• Excellent presentation skill,
• Excellent in English both verbal and written,
• Strong ability in task management,
• Team woking, creative thinking, communicates effectively, strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, result-oriented, self-starter and proactive,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Running IT Performance operations and follow-up of the process,
• Specifying and  evaluating KPI’s, following effort tests and reportings of the results,
• Establishment of alarm functions, and taking progressive action in this regard,
• Establishment of Scorecards,  extension and follow-up of the process,
• Expected to be project owner of SDLC process. In this regard, responsibility of the development of required tools, running the process with relevant shareholders,
• Reportings of SDLC process,  consolidating the end results and reflecting on performance metrics,
• Follow-up  communication through IT department,
• Management of task delegation and preparation of required presentations.
