We are looking for “System and Software Support Specialist” to enrich our growing team.
 

· MS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a relevant field,

· Minimum 3 – 5 years of technical support experience

· Knowledge about Active Directory beginning DNS and DHCP.

· Having good knowledge of local and wide area network structures, windows

client OS.

· Beginning level experience on Fortigate devices.

· Supporting and resolving Technical problems, hardware issues of clients.

· Familiarity with web application and client-server

· Managing web based applications such as GTB (Data Leak Prevension) Zerto

and Recoverpoint (Site to Site Replication Software)

· Having knowledge Paperwork (Workflow and process management software)

· No obligation for military service (for male candidates)

• Managing, configuring and Active Directory with site infrastructure.
• Configuring and designing Fortigate firewall devices.
• Configuring HP, Dell, Cisco switches.
• Monitoring the backup systems (such as Data Domain, Symantec Backup Exec)
