• Completed University Degree in Industrial  or Textile Engineering
• Business-fluent knowledge of English is a must
• Good command of MS Office
• Military duty must be completed for male candidates
• Living in the close region around Usak or willing to relocate to Usak.
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Eager to learn and process continuous improvement
• Understanding of production processes
