• Graduation in Engineering, business administration and related area
• Experience in Production Planning Process
• Experience in Manufacturing process (food industry)
• Leadership experience is a must
• English: Business proficiency
• Turkish: Business proficiency
• Portuguese: advantage
• Knowledge about production yield
• Knowledge about warehouse/logistic/inventory management
• Good understand about controlling area
• Good knowledge in manufacturing process
• Deep knowledge in production planning 
• Negotiation techniques
• Knowledge of MRP
• Good commands in MS (word/excel)
• Knowledge of SAP modules PP and MM is a must
• Able to communicate with different nationalities and understand different cultures
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work in different timing
• Result oriented

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare the long term plan (annual budget)
• Prepare / manage the medium term plan (quarterly plan)
• Coordinate the planning team, providing the guidance for subjects related to planning
• Ensure the availability of direct materials during the production process
• Solve / discuss all scenarios related to the production planning
• Discuss, define and lead the planning flow
• Monitor the stock level of direct materials, ensuring the accomplishment of controlling norm for inventory
• Approve the safety stock for direct materials and ensure that all materials will be available before the production
• Analyze the scenario of the market, looking for opportunities or acting to reduce risks of shortage of raw material
• Provide necessary trainings for all members of the team
• Analyze/discuss/evaluate the performance of each employee and developing/coaching them through HPC – High Performance Cycle – feedbacks and MDA methodologies
• Ensure the meritocracy for all employees with high performance
• Manage the turnover and absenteeism, working to reduce or maintain in low level
• Prepare/manage the budget of expenses for the department’s cost center
• Providing all requested data for internal and external audit, supporting during the audit and leading the team to accomplish with all mandatory requirements
