Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • 4-5 years experience of market intelligence, business operations, in preferably OTC, FMCG environments
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of business analytics, statistics, project management
  • Customer focus and quality orientation
  • Effective Communication & Team Player
  • Excellent knowledge of computer skills required, especially in Excel, Powerpoint

Job Description
  • Provide active support to Marketing department by using IMS data
        *Analyze quarterly prescription (Rx) data and share with Brand Managers and Category Heads including insights
        *Analyze monthly IMS data on brand basis (incl. competitor landscape as well) and share with Brand Managers and Category Heads including insights,   
  • Provide active support to Business Development projects such as NPDs, in/out-licensing and Business Intelligence with related market data analysis and support Head of BD&I for strategy related projects & tasks (such as Localization initiative of MoH, NPD evaluation, Monthly Business Review presentations, etc.) 
  • Analyze market data and prepare monthly newsletter for market landscape including top 10 companies, top 20 products, brand & competitor performance, total market size, BCH share, etc. 
  • Take ownership of data reporting system, BIT, analyze BIT reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders, 
  • Analyze the pharmacy product orders by using Sales Management System, Adisyon, reports and provide insights to Trade Marketing and Sales Team,
  • Answer the ad-hoc requests of BCH departments related to data analysis.
