• Degree educated from a reputable Universities as Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and other engineering departments
• Minimum 5 years experience in Pharma & Health Care & Life Science Industry  logistics services
• Experience in Air Freight , Ocean Freight , Overland Freight Logistic services and Supply Chain
• Knowledge in warehousing and custom process 
• Must have Operation and Sales background
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Able to analyze sector and potential markets
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, Self Confident, Teamwork & Collabration
• Flexible for traveling
• Able to work in the middle and long term abroad
• Active driving experience
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and maintain strong existing customer relations and loyalty
• Follow-up and maintaining the current customers in this sector
• Respond to customer needs/enquiries/complaints
• Respond to customer RFI, RFQ (Request for Information, Request for Quote) and tenders
• Conduct customer meetings – performance review & development
• Lead market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges
• Support the development of sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets.
• Establish and present customized offers to customers
• Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures
• Carry out overseas customers and business development activities
• Join the overseas and domestic fairs and represent the company
• To be in close contact / Encourage with Country Local Sales Team and Key Account Team to generate more Pharma& Healthcare & Life Science based Customers in BDP Organisation.
• To have cooperation with Head of EMEA Regional Pharma& Healthcare & Life Science Industry Vertical Director.
