Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances is searching for a Budget and Planning Expert to be employed in our Sales Controlling Department in Ümraniye with following qualifications;

·         Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering departments,
·         Minimum 4-5 years of financial controlling experience in multinational organizations
·         Fluency in English language is a must, German knowledge is an asset,
·         Strong MS Office Excel skills, preferably MS Office Power point and SAP FI/CO modules knowledge,
·         Resourceful and self-motivated,
·         Openness to change and intercultural work environment,
·         Possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
·         Proactive and results-oriented,
·         Strong analytical and numerical skills.

İŞ TANIMI

Budget and Planning Expert

·         Short and long term planning for Turkey
o    Coordination of unit and turnover planning with product and sales managers
o    Analysis of volume, pricing and structure effects
o    Discussion of variable cost positions with related parties and analyses accordingly
o    Arrangement of fixed cost meetings with responsible parties, determination of requirements and analyses accordingly
o    Preparation of management reporting P&L
o    Support to the cash flow planning

·         Marketing business partnership
o    Preparation of monthly marketing report
o    Analysis of deviations to the plan
o    Determination of marketing accruals for month end closing
o    Analysis of deviations to the plan
o    Determination of saving potentials

·         Preparation of ad-hoc reports, studies and analyses
