• University degree in related fields,
• Fluent English is a must, German is an asset,
• Having 3 to 5 years professional experience in process chain procurement focused on purchasing,
• Experience over processes and art of function in international companies,
• Knowledge of strategic procurement methods and tools such as design to cost, total cost of ownership, cost structure analysis etc.
• Experience in exposure to handle inter-cultural problems,
• Knowledge of the specific services and goods and the quality requirements of the relevant ESN(s),
• Expertise in contract law,
• Flexibility and willingness to travel,
• Analytical minded, flexible, presentable.

İŞ TANIMI

• Create and ensure a significant comptetive advantage for company on a total cost of ownership basis for assigned material groups by creation and implementation of a common sourcing strategy, maintaining a supplier portfolio, regular buyer and group meetings, convoy negotiations and overall one-face to the supplier concept,
• Responsible for regional strategic purchasing of related services and products (e.g. facility management, construction, textiles,cargo, office/warehouse rental)
• Identifying and utilization of synergies over all locations within the region,
• Ensure achievement of region targets,
• Ensure availability of necessary  materials and services for region,
• Ensure compliant ordering processes,
• Monitor and control performance and compliance of ordering process regularly,
• Ensure coordination of region locations for Indirect Categories,
• Ensure improvement of maturity levels of Bsh subsidiaries in regiona TMEACIS.
