• 3-5 years of commercial experience, with successful history
• Good track record of Account Management

• Market Supply and Demand understanding
• Following markets and competitors
• Executing B2B Marketing best practices
• Advance level of English
• Result oriented personality and ability to work under sales target pressure
• Proof of strong and effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) and active listening to the customers

İŞ TANIMI

• Accountable of the cross-selling activites, Sales volume and P&L targets of the assigned category lines 40%
• Strategy to be identified and executed for the assigned category 20%
• Identifying the customer needs in the category, creating the link with Product Line Managers and Business Units to serve these needs       15%
• Exploring the opportunities of new sales, customer projects and partnerhip opportunities in the region together with technical service department 15%
• Forecasting/Consolidating the customer demand and feeding information to Product Line Manager and Business Units 10%
