• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or Environmental Health and Safety, or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in EHS or industrial setting with demonstrated participation in operation processes
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, Access;
• Knowledge of and experience in working with Microsoft SharePoint or comparable programs;
• Experience in providing technical support;
• Experience in program development and implementation of new or changing systems;
• Experience with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and delivering training;
• (EHS) auditor experience;
• Fluent English: spoken and written;
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, problem-solving and analytical skills;

İŞ TANIMI

• Implement and maintain an EHS data management process that includes the identification and analysis of trends using data from Enablon, incident investigations, EHS Audits, FM Global Inspections, Structural Integrity Assessments, Permit to work audits, Behavioral safety observations, Management of change data, NourishingU, Learning From Incident Alerts from other regions, groups, enterprises, functions, and from Cargill external, CEHS, and external sources. This process has to be co-created with the CSST EHS Information Advisor and aligned with the CSST requirements. It will serve the objective to provide senior management with the relevant data points to be able to gain deep insights into the EHS performance and its drivers at location and regional level and help CSS-E / CTS-EMEA (proactively) address organizational and system weaknesses;
• Structure and manage EHS data streams in existing and new Cargill / FIBI systems and formats and systems (Enablon, NourishingU, SharePoint, etc.) to ensure QAQC and improve user-friendliness;
• Develop, own, and execute EHS performance reporting (monthly reporting, incident reporting, incident investigation, audit follow up, training, etc.) for CSS-E and CTS-EMEA;
• Work with the Site EHS Supervisors across CSS-E and CTS-EMEA to ensure systems, processes and tools are consistently applied;
• Manage/coordinate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the writing and issuing of Learning From Incident (LFI) Alerts;
• Manage the EHS data / information on the CSS-E and CTS-EMEA SharePoint pages within the CSST Global Ops SharePoint site.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Enablon software modules in line with CSST Global Operations requirements and with the support of the Corporate EHS Enablon team; i.e. assigning Enablon roles to positions to ensure systematic and consistent process flow, managing user access rights, etc.
• Manage quality of the data entries into Enablon and follow up the process flow of incidents to closure. Implement, maintain and improve policies and procedures for content management, validation and governance;
• Develop/generate month-end reports for CSS-E / CTS-EMEA in line with CSST and FIBI requirements;
• Guide the Enablon trainers at the CSS-E / CTS-EMEA sites and support the end-users in troubleshooting;
• Support coordination of Enablon training sessions for end-users at site level (data entry, reports, dashboards, analysis) using training material from Corporate EHS;
• Manage the retirement of any historically used EHS Incident Mgmt, Audit Action Tracking, Compliance Mgmt, or other Systems incompatible with the new suite of Enablon modules and the CEHS strategy.

• Support the European EHS L&D Coordinator on the configuration of NourishingU to reflect the (to be) developed training matrix for manufacturing with the support of the Corporate Learning & Development team; i.e. assigning and mapping Competence Profiles to positions to ensure systematic and consistent training requirements across CSS-E/ CTS-EMEA;
• Support site teams / end-users to be able to use NourishingU and the provided EHS training materials in an effective & efficient way (data entry, reports, dashboards, analysis);
• Monitor progress of the European Driver Safety program provided by VVCR;      
• Retire any historically used, incompatible EHS Competence Mgmt. Systems.
