• Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering
• Min. 3 years of operational experience in a manufacturing based environment
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated skills of team building, conflict resolution, innovation and change management
• Demonstrated technical ability with solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills
• Customer solutions approach
• General knowledge of production management with ability to develop understanding of plant processes and operational needs 
• Working knowledge with EHS standarts
• Proficient in English

İŞ TANIMI

 

•Leading and developing new product, new investment, process development and efficiency projects in Turkey and support overseas projects

•Monitoring and developing departments KPI’s (Key performance indicators including chemical,raw material, energy efficiency), and determing department capex (Project Budget) and production budget and monitoring

•Giving support to quality ,EHS(occupational safety), maintenance and procurement team to increase customer satisfaction,implementing quality management system,developing EHS standarts , increase plant/system reliability , implementing best practises globaly and decrease the cost of raw materials and consumables

•Leading and supporting new system and plant start-ups, preparing all enginnering documents and calculations
• Maintaining and planning production facilities for process by ensuring quality standarts and low cost and obeying /developing occupational safety, environmental rules and food safety

•Developing performance of the team by determinig yearly performance goals, making activites/actions to increase engagement , planning trainings and determining areas to be develop
