PROJECT SALES ENGINEER
Founded in 2003 in order to provide service in manufacturing, galvanization of various steel products and maintained on its way more powerfully after becoming partners with Gonvarri in 2013, one of the pioneers in steel industry in the world, Çepaş is now looking for a proactive Project Sales Engineer who would be a quick-learner to improve the sales and business perception of the company.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors Degree in preferably Engineering Dpts such as Electrical Electronical Eng, Mechanical Eng, Industrial Eng or other relevant dpts.
- Minimum 2 years of effective work experience in project sales and after-sales follow up in international scope.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication skills in English is a must and Spanish would be an asset.
- Having no restriction to travel.
- Outstanding practical intuition and experience in dealing with customer requires, issues, demands and follow up processes.
- Awareness about the importance of profit, target and sales oriented business perception.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, responsive and proactive.
- Driving licence owner.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Good software user and administration skills. SAP background would be an asset.
- Able to challenge the status quo, drive through changes and diligent with strong attention to detail are highly appreciated.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages the sales and marketing operations in internal and external markets, generating a new portfolio in Energy Transmission Lines (Overhead Transmission Lines) in international market by travelling.
- Manages and follows up current projects and realizes new projects by calculating client quotations.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with other professional and technical personnel.
- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- With directly reporting to the Commercial Manager of the department; realizing and following customer relations.
- Analyzes customer needs and the market to promote company products, solutions and services.
- Manages the process of order deliveries to the customers by coordinating with related departments.
- Prepares solution proposals, negotiates and closes sales contracts and follows up.
