R&D Engineer

• MSc Degree in Chemistry or Polymers from reputable universities. Phd will be considered as an asset,
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills,
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team,
• Pro-active; self-driven for creating new projects and/or improving existing conditions and processes,
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English,
• Age between 25-30,
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office programs,
• Driving Licence: Class B,
• Residence in Anatolian side,
• No-military obligation for male candidates,
• Must be conscientious with high cognitive ability and possess initiative, responsibility, leadership potential and a strong work ethic.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• We’re looking for highly qualified, talented and motivated R&D Engineers to join our growing R&D team in Istanbul,
• Contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively generating novel concepts for new products and enhancements to current product performance,
• Understand customer needs through literature review, customer interviews, direct observation, and competitive analysis,
• Support evaluation and assessment of new products, intellectual property, processes and industry trends that can or have the potential to impact our business strategies,
• Develop realistic and actionable project plans,
• Develop and execute test methods which specify measurement product, test set-up, and measurement systems analysis,
• Support current projects in terms of quality, manufacturing, supply continuity and cost improvement,
• Write detailed technical reports based on design verification analysis/testing for design changes and product design activities,
• Translate customer needs into engineering requirements into specific product, packaging and process specifications,
• Integrate product systems and subsystems to meet business objectives by addressing customer needs and product requirements under defined cost targets,
• Creating collaboration occasions with universities, technology development centers and research institutes,
• Write & follow project files to apply local or internal funds.
