Regional Export Manager

Çizmeci TIME is planning to recruit Regional Export Manager for America, Eurasia and Africa. The purpose of this role is to increase sales volume through existing and new customers. Position will be based in Gebze but frequent travelling is critical part of the role.

Responsibilities

Responsible for America, Eurasia and Africa.(except MENA region)
Relationship management with existing customers (e.g. order taking, budgeting, facilitating communication between customer’s requirements and production/planning)
Realizing new business development opportunities in existing and new markets (e.g. market research, managing distributor selection processes)
Identification and participation of fairs around the globe

Qualifications

English fluency both written and spoken
Advance MS Office skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Prior experience in business development and export management in food/confectionery/snacks sector
A track record of successful selling into international markets preferably America, Eurasia and Africa(except MENA region) is essential with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Thorough knowledge on international trade processes and payment methods
Knowledge on fair participation support programs (e.g. URGE)
Knowledge on international quality standards (e.g. BRC, ISO) is an asset
Analytically rigorous and has strong problem solving skills
Dynamic, self motivated and believes in self improvement
University graduate from relevant degrees
No obstacles for frequent international travel
Male candidates should have no obligation for military service
