CMA CGM, Turkey - an agency 100% owned by CMA-CGM Group, is staffed with knowledgeable and motivated industry professionals who work closely with its customers to provide them with the best possible service and high quality transport of their cargo. As a result of expanding our organization in the field of “Customer Care ” , we are currently looking for  young, talented and committed CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER to join our  fast growing and challenging organization.

 

The successful candidate should satisfy the following requirements:   

 
  • University degree, preferably in Logistics field
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years work experience in a similar position, preferably in a  logistics company
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
  • Excellent in problem solving, and team-working
  • Finding mutual solutions, being both business & customer oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications,  especially in Excel
  • Military service completed for male candidates
  • Locates in Istanbul


İŞ TANIMI

·         Be the first and only point of contact for customers for all shipment related matters and act as an intermediary between the customer and other departments of the company
·         Such as follow up of missing SI / Customs declaration / VGM or any other necessary formalities, checking return invoices / rate discrepancies
·         Communicate all necessary information to clients regarding vessel schedules and possible changes
·         Manage Precarriage organization , COD requests
·         Support  Customer on General problems ,manage client claims , complaints and litigations

Preferred Candidate

More than 1 years of experience
Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
