·         3+ years management experience in software / cyber security pre-sales and/or sales engineering.

·         10+ years combined experience in technical sales, business development, and services delivery experience in ICT sector.

·         Strong communication (oral and written), leadership, organizational, presentation, project management and team building skills.

·         Experience in end-to-end cyber security landscape highly desirable.

·         Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to persuasively articulate offerings and their business value to customers.

·         Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

·         Comfort with ambiguity, but ability to drive to clarity.

·         Bachelor’s degree required.

·         Must be willing and able to travel up to 30%.

İŞ TANIMI

Responsibilities :

·         Build and lead a distributed, regional team of cyber security consultants who serve as our core solution introduction, trial and education experts.

·         Hire, onboard, ramp and mentor the team to develop repeatable, scalable processes to help both lead generation & lead conversion activities.

·         Develop relationships with customers, vendors and partners at C-level.

·         Define and develop sales offerings and repeatable trial use cases that meet the needs of our customers, drive new markets and/or expand existing market presence.

·         Develop strong working relationships across Regions and Functions (sales, services, operations, product, marketing, etc.).

·         Provide leadership for the pre-sales function amongst business units, and integrate strategic direction into the pre-sales program activities and goals.

·         Ensure that the pre-sales team executes on effectively activating customer instances to develop a highly influential business relationship with customers.

·         Contribute to Product team by providing insight and feedback relative to customers’ critical business issues and solutions opportunities.
