Cordoba architecture is an international firm located in four different countries. We are currently seeking an Architect experienced on multidiscipline design management of  Projects abroad.


Interested candidates must possess following eligibility criteria to apply,
       

• Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of International Codes and related building regulations
• Good knowledge of materials of construction
• Good knowledge of computer skills and architectural software
• Proficient  in BIM (Revit) is an asset
  
• Have no restriction to travel abroad
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience
• Experience in health care project is must
  

İŞ TANIMI

• Mentoring and Leading project team
• Managing communication and coordination between client, Contractor, supervisors and design disciplines.
• Ability to create project schedules  and follow  up the deadlines 
• Controling project design schedule and budget to ensure project profitability
• Reporting Weekly- Mountly project status to upper management
