TPM Engineer

• University Engineering Degree (preferably mechanical, electrical or electronics)
• Min. 3 years engineering experience in  a manufacturing company (preferably within an international environment)
• TPM knowledge
• Maintenance Background and experience in implementing TPM will be a significant asset
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Analytical, Pro-Active, Team player
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work independently in a dynamic, business/ manufacturing environment
• No travel restrictions
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordination and implementation of TPM projects, workshops and other activities connected with the program together with all departments
• Coordination of TPM trainings to aid the TPM program implementation for each level within the organization
• Regular communication regarding progress of the TPM program.
• Benchmarking with other companies in order to implement best TPM practices
• Monitoring TPM metrics
• Being a member of local and regional projects.
