SALES OPERATION SUPERVISOR

• Minimum 5 years within an FMCG business, ideally food, drink or pharmaceutical.
• University degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Excellent command on statistical methods
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent command of ERP and and MS office knowledge
• Computer programming skills is preferred
• MBA degree is preferable
• Living in Kocaeli or able to live
• No military obligations for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage orders through to fulfilment, optimising business performance, whilst meeting customer expectations and achieving KPIs.
• Influence customer stakeholders, commercial and internal teams to validate forecasts across multiple product categories, in order to meet customer service expectations and inventory targets.
• Maintain adequate records of all sales history and generate regular sales analytics and forecasts for country’s mid-term operational plans
• Establish effective relationships to ensure seamless information flow on peak activity, including delivery scheduling and anticipated volume.
• Keep the executive management informed of changes in the marketplace & progress on customer status
• Provide on-going support to peer functions
• Build and maintain long term relationships with key customers and vital internal contacts - monthly customer meetings and site visits
• Promote a culture of excellent customer service and continuous development to achieve the group aim of delivering exceptional customer service
• Set team KPI's as well coaching & mentoring the team around you to ensure that Customer Satisfaction is at the core of the business.
• Provide inspirational leadership and direction so the sales operations is fully engaged in the importance of world class Customer Service.
