Hotel Manager

We are looking for an Hotel Manager who will be responsible for;

• The overall management of hotel in order to maximize profitability 
• Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services
• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Building and managing the hotel budget as well as controlling expenditure
• Maintaining statistical and financial records and reporting to Hotel Management Committee
• Planning work schedules of staff
• Achieving maximum level of guest satisfaction 
• Dealing with customer complaints and comments
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting

Desired Qualifications and Skills 

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• University graduate (preferably B. Sc. degree in Hotel Management)  
• Experience in online accommodation booking systems/agencies
• Experience in hotel management software
• A friendly personality and a genuine desire to help and please others
