QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Dalgakıran is a leading company in air compressors manufacturing and compressed air systems, exporting its products more than 130 countries all over the world.
Now, we are seeking a Spare Parts Sales Specialist for our Overseas Aftersales operations
· Bachelor's or associate degree in technical (preferably engineering) departments of universities
· Has experience in spare parts sales (preferably in machinery sector)
· Able to work as spare parts sales specialist
· Has an advanced English level (speaking + writing + reading)
· Being a team player with high sense of responsibility
· Excellent scheduling and communication abilities
· Good knowledge of MS Office tools, CRM and ERP systems (preferablyLOGO)
· Has driving license (B or higher) and active driver
· No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey
· No obligation for military service (for male candidates)
· Place spare parts orders to ERP system and follow till shipment
· Follow the dealer spare parts order amounts
· Will focus on increasing spare parts sales
· Coordinate the spare parts warehouse and logistics
· Plan and organize shipments
· Prepare periodical reports from CRM
· Visit overseas dealers and improve aftersales business
