Quality Manager

Danone Turkey

• Bachelors degree, preferably in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in food industry
• Having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good collaboration, communication and strong negotiation skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• SAP knowledge preferred
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Guarding the food safety of the product manufactured by the Country Business Unit
• Defining and applying quality policy and methods for improving transversal processes in the plant and every steps of Supply Chain
• Performing necessary regular Supplier Quality audits and new Supplier validation Audits
• Promoting quality awareness; inquiring different ways to improve the quality of both the products and the systems
• Leading the quality review at the Head Office
• Participating in new projects and investments as one of the major activators of the change in the operations
• Taking leadership to reduce risks and to manage possible crisis
• Offering solutions to material/process interaction problems related to the products or packaging
• Creating a learning organization in his/her department and contributing to the positive atmosphere, cooperation and teamwork within the organisation
• Taking role as ISO Quality Management Representative
