APQP Engineer (R&D)

For our Project Quality Department we are looking for a
“APQP – Quality Planning Engineer”

• B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, Material & Metallurgy Engineering Departments  or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality planning, development and / or production will be an asset
• Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA 6.3 techniques
• Knowledge in Quailty Management systems (ISO 9001/ ISO TS 16949)
• Knowledge in Gas and home-appliances directives and standards
• Experience in problem solving techniques (8D, PDCA, 5 Why, Ishikawa…)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Being eager to develop and take on responsibility
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Living in or able to live in Eskişehir / Bozüyük,
• Male candidates should have no military obligations
• No restriction for travelling

İŞ TANIMI

• Product and process release; Product and process release recommendation for serial start together with the project partner. (Product/Part Approval)
• Project Risk Monitoring; Define advanced product and process quality planning: “APQP Plan”. Ensure that the FMEA methodology is adequate (Across all levels of system hierarchy and along the entire value chain). Release of FMEA documents (Design, Process, Installation & Service)
• Review Customer Requirements; Align/create Quality requirements for individual project. Set up plan of improving countermeasures for the project (failure degradation plan) Consider output of "analysis of product quality and costumer complains"
