QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Denge Kimyasal, a leading distributor of speciality chemicals for various industries, has been growing continuously as a dynamic enterprise since 2003. The markets we serve in Turkey includes paint, ink, construction, plastic, packaging and paper. Our growth is not limited to our commercial service but also includes enlarging our activities in coordination with our global chemical principals by providing distinctive technical service.

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer to enhance our abilities in the Sales Department.
  • BS, or MS degree preferably from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry,
  • Preferably minimum 4 years of work experience at Sales of Chemicals,
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • Result and customer oriented in the competitive business environment,
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and market data,
  • Military service must be completed for male candidates,
  • Have an advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Must have a driving license as an active driver (min. 2 years),
  • Able to travel in Turkey and abroad when necessary,
  • Residence in Asian side of Istanbul.


İŞ TANIMI

Sales engineers are the backbone of our company as they maintain close relationships with our customers and provide exceptional technical support.
  • The principal sales activities includes, but not limited to; regular customer visits, and providing technical support to the new/existing customers to not only maintain but also grow our sales capabilities.
  • Maintain, promote and develop commercial sales of new and/or existing products; for both existing customers and new customers,
  • Responsible to deliver sales target according to the annual budget (volume and turnover),
  • Implementing sales and marketing activities within the company sales policies with the objectives to reach the profitable targets.
