For our plant in Gebze we are searching for new ambitious candidates:

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,
• Candidates with experience at a relevant position in production environment,
• Fluency in both spoken and written English,
• Basic quality knowledge in OEM business,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli - Gebze.

İŞ TANIMI

• Provide resident engineering function through frequent supplier visits and follow up of mass, pre-mass quality issues, manage repair or sorting activities in close cooperation with counterparts,
• Manage defected parts handling, through investigation, recording details & actions, informing and supporting to releated manufacturing sites and following up improvement activities,
• Prepare claim investigation reports and present to customers according to deadlines,
• Register all claims to related Denso database systems, prepare regular reports and submit to required units,
• Prepare required quality KPI reports, share and follow up with all related parties,
• Hold regular quality meetings both with Denso group and external companies,
• Support preparation of inspection manuals and other related QA/QC documentation.
• Attend and support local supplier audits and quality improvement activities.
