QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree preferably in related fields such as Management Information Systems,Mathematics, Industrial Engineering,Statistic,Econometrics, ,Business Administration, Economic etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications and even not a must have,having comfortable and working knowledge with Excel functions,data tools,programming (Vlookups,Pivot Tables,Power Pivot,Vba etc.) and Sharepoint End User competencies (managing of lists etc.) would be a great asset
- Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills
- Teamwork oriented
- Customer service focused at all times
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
İŞ TANIMI
- Recording and investigating the customer’s financial problems and questions, especially invoicing problems, in the system
- Meeting the demands correctly and on time
- Completing the customer current account reconciliations on time
- Finding main source of problems and taking precautions to prevent reoccurrence
- Providing feedback to the sales departmants, credit control departmants and management team regarding the solution of incoming requests
- If necessary, visiting customers with sales and credit control teams
- Developing internal network and increasing customer satisfaction for making rapid decisions
- Managing problems on their own list on a daily basis by setting priority order
- Reaching the individual goals given by the manager
- Making customer satisfactions and the development quality of invoicing, center of business
- Supporting day to day outstanding call reporting,credit notes follow up reportings and account receivables reconciliation and other departmental reportings
- Moving unresolved customer requests to related departments on time
