FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND PLANNING MANAGER

• University graduate
• 5-10 years functional experience preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Strong command of computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Both Budgeting/Planning as well as Commercial Finance experiences are needed
• Managerial experience preferably in a cross functional non hierarchic organization
• Past experience is accounting (i.e. cost accounting) is preferred
• Experience in a multinational/multicultural environment is a plus
• Great interpersonal and communication skills to function in a cross functional organization and to effectively convey messages
• Strong team manager and player with high level of cooperation
• Great at analyzing and synthesizing the data to produce actionable insights
• Attention to detail with an ability to see, understand and explain the big picture
• Self-motivated, self-initiator with a high drive for achievement

İŞ TANIMI

A managerial position in Doğadan Finance department, reporting to the Finance Director, the role is responsible for Financial Analysis and Budgeting/Planning of Doğadan tea business.

• Business planning process inclusive of strategic reviews, long range plans, annual budgets, as well as monthly rolling estimates and monthly actual performance reviews
• Monitors and analysis the financial performance of the business (P&L line items, balance sheet and cash flow etc.) and implements corrective actions where necessary.
• Provides monthly financial reports and decision support tools to the management team
• Coordinates the daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting, identifying risks and opportunities, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams and informing the results to the top management
• Prepares capital expenditure budget in terms of capital investment requests received from departments.
• Ensures Company Internal control requirements are well in place.
• Develops and inspires team members.
