Production Engineer

Doğadan Gıda Ürünleri San. ve Paz. A.Ş.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineer from a reputable university
• Have at least 3-5 years production experience (preferably in the food sector - production / maintenance)
• Strong command of English both written and spoken
• ERP program experience
• Has knowledge about hydraulic, pneumatic, electric / PLC systems
• Having knowledge about commissioning, operation and maintenance plans of utilities (compressor, generator, packaging technologies etc.)
• Experienced in development and implementation of maintenance plans
• Strong knowledge of Autocad, MS Office and Solid Works programs
• Male candidates must have completed military service

İŞ TANIMI

• To provide rooted and lasting solutions in production and machine maintenance-repair processes,
• Ability to Manage blue color employees
• Working collaboratively with Production teams for Operational Excellence, TPM and Kaizen projects.
• Have an experience in Total Productivity Maintenance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and FSSC 22000.
• To provide effective solutions to planned maintenance and predictive/preventive maintenance activities.
• Providing follow-up and control of production processes and engineering activities,
• Making process improvements that will be innovative and add value,
• To make innovative and value adding/generating process improvements
• Development of spare parts strategy
• Ensuring the continuity of the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy
