Import Specialist

Döhler Turkey is looking for an Import Specialist to be employed in our Turkey Head Quarter located in Pendik, İstanbul.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments  or closely related field 
• Min. 1 year experience on import operations (food&beverage market experience is preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs & ERP based systems
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Good team player, strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up purchase orders and determining import requirements,
• Responsible from coordinating logistics process, ensuring shipping docs. are prepared correctly in terms of logistics, customs clearance etc.
• Getting all necessary shipment documents on time,
• Follow up shipments with transport companies,
• Following customs clearance processes with customs broker by sharing necessary documents/info to them,
• Keeping up-to- date of import payment reports and preparing / following import payment orders and sharing it with bank,
• Submitting & following up all import files in LINK system,
• Preparing regular import reportins  daily, weekly, monthly, yearly based,
• Creating Import file cost calculations and reports,
• Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and being align with finance department.
