ELECTRICAL AND AUTOMATION ENGINEER

• University Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or any other related discipline
• Good communication skills in English both written and spoken,
• Min 2 years automation experience, preferably also electrical experience,
• Knowledge of motor, drive, control of  frequency,
• Ability to read and interpret drawing/schematics for electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic circuits.
• Knowledge about DCS, PLC (Siemens), (QCS knowledge is preferred.)
• Experience on Siemens Simatic  S7300/400 PLC HW and SW, Industrial Communication (Profibus/Profinet/OPC) and Simatic HMI/WinCC/TIA Portal SCADA Programming
• Knowledge about energy system,
•  Knowledge about Energy Production Plants,
• Preferably have an authorization certificate of high voltage,
• Preferably knowledge of E-PLAN,
• Able to read isometric drawing,
• Having excellent command of MS Office,
• Strongly creative with an analytical mind, able to use initiative,
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team members,
• Have ability to coordinate
• Knowledge of managing the process
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Preferably, resident in Çorlu ( or may resident in Çorlu)
• Ability to discover and implement innovative approaches,
• Able to work in intense work pressure and flexible working hours,

İŞ TANIMI

• Project planning, preparation ofrequirements from production specifications, and creatingbudget of potential projects.
•  Site study for the new projects and detailed planning of technical activities.
• Developing engineering design concepts for components and electrical assemblies that have tough requirements for size, precision, reliability and cost. 
• Coordinate the electrical drawing design, and construction of the electrical panels.
• Programming of the related equipment and tests. 
• Execute meetings with supplier and others related to projects.
• Keep relationships with all third parties involved in the project.
• Organizing trainings for operation personnel and supplier support on site.
•  Leading the project from design to complete implementation and documentation.
• Installation and maintenance of transformers,
• Maintenance and commissioning of circuit breakers and switches,
• Running test and control scenarios for process control system
• Ensuring operational safety for circuit breaker cabinets and emergency breakers
• Leading electric technicians team
• Developing a predictive maintenance plan for electrical instrumentations
• Ensuring required safety measures are taken against accidents
• Ensuring emergency circuit breakers are up and running
•  Monitoring and controlling energy consumption of site as forecasted
• Having regular maintenance of process control system including sensors,pumps and valves.
• Ensuring electrical technicians team well equipped with required tools
• Reporting status of projects to Paper Mills Director.
