We are looking for a high motivated teammate in "Production Engineer" for our plant.

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• 1-2 years of experiences in production
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Completed military service for male applicant
• Resident in European side of Istanbul
• Willing to work within shifts

İŞ TANIMI

• View and control processes in production.
• Manages a team of production staff
• Guide blue collar employess in the shifts.
• Organize shifts of blue collar employees
• Project management skills, fort he projects which are involved
• Maintaining lean manufacturing activities like 5S.
• Conduct trainings for operators on related systems
• Make efficiency improvements in production.
• Ensure that the production is working under the compliance of HSE and production procedures.
