QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· University Degree in Environmental Engineering
· Minimum three (3) years working experience as an Environmental Engineer or Environmental Specialist,
· Fluency in English both written and spoken
· Having good knowledge and experience with construction sites
· Having good knowledge of Turkish Environmental Legislation,
· Having good knowledge international funding organizations’ environmental and social standards (such as IFC),
· Proactively support and monitor the environmental process
· Ability to thinking analytically and critical
· Advanced Excel knowledge
· Able to locate in Dam construction site
· No military obligation for male candidates
· B class driving license
· Integration and implementation of Environmental policy and procedures in the construction site,
· Follow and implement international funding organizations’ environmental and social sustainability standards
· Coordinate daily environmental tasks,
· Organize and lead internal environmental inspections,
· Undertake environmental risk and impact assessment studies,
· Conduct environmental monitoring studies for wastewater discharges, noise emissions etc. and assure the environmental commitments defined in the ESIAs have been met
