Eps is one of the leading fragrance creation houses in the industry. With its ultimate in-house technology, expertise in different markets and passion for uniqueness, Eps completly focuses on designing 'haute-couture' fragrances for its international or local clients products in different business segments like fine fragrances, personal care, home care and oriental fragrances.
We seek for  ''EXPORT OPERATION ASSISTANT", who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Eps in Kemerburgaz ( İstanbul) location with below qualifications;

• University degree from Business Administration, Foreign Trade or related fields,
• Previous experience on Customer Service, Foreign Trade and Export Operations 
• An understandings of Incoterms and Shipping Terminology
• A strong knowledge of ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Programs
• Self motivated and self sufficient,
• Ability to work independently,efficient and reliable
• A team player with positive attitudes,
• Must have excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Completed military obligation for male candidates,
• Located in Istanbul (European Side).

İŞ TANIMI

• Be the central link between the customer, internal operations and sales account managers to ensure local and export customers needs
• Manage sales order process from receipt of order through to shipment with special customer requirements.
• Prepare necessary documents( Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, AWB etc...)
• Periodicaly inform and update customers regarding to their order status
• Update and maintain electronic customer records accurately, including customer requirements ( labeling,packaging, custom clearance documents etc...)
• Coordinate transport and freight matters with related forwarders
